At Kaiser Permanente, I currently work on the UX research. Our work focuses on improving the user experience for over 7 million online registered Kaiser Permanente members. I conduct research on the website (kp.org) and the mobile app.
I utilize many different research methods depending on the needs of the project. Some of the research methods I have used include moderated/unmoderated usability testing, interviews, Wizard of Oz, card sorting, PURE, concept testing, surveys and label testing.

Bi-weekly field study- As one of the co-leads on this project, I drive research out in the field at various Kaiser Permanente facilities across the country. Our team of three conducted 60+ interviews in 2020 in each of our seven regions and during non-covid times we drive to Kaiser Permanente locations all over Southern California to speak with members in the waiting rooms about their digital experiences.
